  • Please plan to arrive, grab a refreshment and be seated by 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.

  • In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP.

  • Dress to impress, y’all! Our wedding is formal or black-tie optional, meaning women should wear floor-length dresses and men should wear tuxedos or formal suits.

    We encourage fall colors and jewel tones, while navy and black are always classic choices. Please refrain from wearing neon colors, bright red, and white/cream/champagne colors. Please refer to the “What To Wear” page for a moodboard.

  • We love your little ones, however, this is an adults-only celebration with an exception to those children in the wedding.

  • We're planning an outdoor ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour on the covered patio, and an indoor reception.

  • Early October in North Georgia is typically pleasant - with temperatures ranging from 55°F to 75°F. Evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour.

  • Yes, we will provide shuttle service between the Avalon hotel in Alpharetta and the venue. Shuttles will depart the hotel at 2:30 and will begin returning guests to the hotel starting at 8:30 PM, with the last shuttle departing for the hotel at 10:00 PM.

    If you choose to drive to the venue, complimentary valet parking will be available for all guests.

  • The meal will be served family style. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP with the formal invitation so we can accommodate your needs.
